Interspersed among all the interesting details are stories of Roosevelt’s fireside chats, British orphans and a leukemia afflicted Japanese girl, Sadako. Unfortunately it appears that these are out of print. But luckily they are still available through out-of-print sources.

We are working on World War II and I can't wait to see if I can get a copy of Molly's World from my inter-library loan dept at my library, It sounds like it is great : )

ReplyDeleteHope you had good luck finding the book. There were so many aspects to World War II I think I could do a blog on it alone! I know there are many good books on the subject...please let me know if you come across any that are particularly fascinating.
